Mahmud International School (MIS Rupahi) • Last updated: October 31, 2026
This Fee Refund & Cancellation Policy governs all fee collections, online transactions, digital fee receipts, and payment settlements processed by Mahmud International School (under the aegis of Mahmud Educational Foundation), located at Rupahi, Nagaon, Assam.
Our fee schedules are structured in accordance with state educational guidelines to support instructional infrastructure, qualified teaching faculty, smart classrooms, student welfare, and Islamic educational curriculum.
Non-Refundable Clause: The initial student prospectus, online registration fee, and one-time admission processing fee are strictly non-refundable once paid, as they cover administrative verification, seat allocation, and scholastic screening.
In the event that an applicant is disqualified due to false, forged, or deliberately misleading documentation, no refund of admission fees will be considered.
Tuition fees are charged on a monthly or quarterly term basis as published in the annual academic calendar.
If a parent or student encounters a technical failure during online fee payment via the MIS Rupahi Mobile App or Portal:
If the account was debited but the digital receipt was not generated due to network disruption, the bank payment gateway will automatically reverse the transaction within 5 to 7 business days.
If a parent pays twice for the same fee installment, the school accounts office will adjust the surplus credit against the upcoming month or issue an immediate bank reversal upon verification.
Any caution money or library deposit collected at the time of admission is fully refundable (without interest) when the student formally graduates or leaves the school, provided all school books, athletic gear, and property are returned in undamaged condition.
For any refund inquiries, receipt reconciliations, or billing disputes, please contact the institutional accounts desk with your student Enrollment Number and transaction reference ID:
